From Alert to Reviewable Fix - Without Manual Context Hunting

Kroon automatically connects incident context and proposes a reviewable merge request.

During an investigation, your team jumps between monitoring, logs from cloud provider, repository and Slack just to answer one question: what happened?

The more services you run, the more expensive that question becomes. Incidents scale. Context complexity scales faster.

Example: CPU Spike After a Deploy

Scenario: An alert fires indicating that CPU usage has spiked across two Kubernetes pods in production. The on-call engineer begins investigating by checking metrics in Datadog, reviewing recent GitHub deployments, looking at Terraform history, and examining the HPA configuration. At this point, it is not clear whether the issue is related to the application itself, a change in scaling limits, configuration drift, or a regression introduced by a dependency.

What Kroon Does: Kroon correlates several signals: a deployment that occurred 18 minutes before the alert, a Terraform change that modified CPU requests, an updated autoscaling threshold, and an increase in request volume coming from a dependent service. Based on these signals, it reconstructs the timeline of events and proposes a structured incident summary, a clear explanation of the most likely root cause, and a merge request that restores safe scaling limits.

Nothing is executed automatically - the team reviews
the analysis and decides whether to merge the proposed changes.

Kroon Ai

Works from user-provided prompt

Works from real infra + repo + monitoring state

Might require manual context assembly

Automatically reconstructs incident timeline

Relies on human stitching

Correlates multi-system signals

If your team is already manually assembling context and feeding it into a model - you’re still paying the context tax.
Kroon removes that manual step.
